These routine maintenance items should be reviewed throughout the year, regardless of the month’s featured inspection focus.
- Keep home sites clean, mowed, weeded, mulched, and debris-free.
- Keep hard surfaces edged and plants/shrubs trimmed.
- Keep shrubs under street-facing windows trimmed just under window banding, sills, or moldings.
- Maintain landscaping that extends across property lines.

Take a few minutes to check the condition of the mulch throughout your property.
- ✓ Maintain approximately 2 inches of mulch depth
- ✓ Use earth-toned mulch
- ✓ Keep mulch contained within plant bed borders
