Keeping Our Community Looking Its Best

Keeping Starling and Preserve looking their best is a shared responsibility. Our Community Standards provide homeowners with a simple guide to routine property maintenance and the items that should be reviewed throughout the year.

Every Month

These routine maintenance items should be reviewed throughout the year, regardless of the month’s featured inspection focus.

  • Keep home sites clean, mowed, weeded, mulched, and debris-free.
  • Keep hard surfaces edged and plants/shrubs trimmed.
  • Keep shrubs under street-facing windows trimmed just under window banding, sills, or moldings.
  • Maintain landscaping that extends across property lines.
