Located in the heart of Starling, the Starling Club is a neighborhood recreation hub offering spaces to swim, exercise, relax and gather with friends and neighbors. The facility features a community pool, fitness center and game room, providing options for both active recreation and casual get-togethers.
The Starling Club and Game Room are also available for private rentals, making the facility an option for parties, celebrations and other gatherings. Rental availability, requirements and reservations are managed by the FishHawk Ranch CDD.

Osprey Club
The Osprey Club is one of FishHawk Ranch’s recreation and gathering destinations, offering a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities for residents to enjoy. The facility features a community pool, fitness center, clubhouse and theater, along with tennis and pickleball courts. Its combination of recreational and gathering spaces makes Osprey Club a versatile amenity for everything from everyday exercise and relaxation to community activities and special events.
The clubhouse and theater are also available for private rentals through the FishHawk Ranch CDD. Rental availability, reservations and facility requirements are managed directly by the CDD.
Aquatic Club

The Aquatic Club includes a water slide, fitness center and playground, providing plenty of options beyond a traditional neighborhood pool. Hawk Park
Hawk Park is a destination for active recreation in FishHawk Ranch, bringing together a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities in one convenient location. Whether you’re heading out for a swim, fitting in a workout, meeting friends for a game or enjoying time outdoors, Hawk Park offers plenty of ways to stay active.
The facility features a community pool and fitness center, along with tennis and pickleball courts and a softball field. Its mix of athletic facilities makes Hawk Park especially well suited for residents looking for sports, exercise and outdoor recreation.
Hawk Park is also home to community recreation activities, including an active FishHawk Ranch pickleball group, giving residents another way to meet neighbors and enjoy the facilities together.

- Amenity Access - A valid FishHawk Ranch amenity access card may be required to enter community pools, fitness centers and other recreational facilities.
- Guests - Guest access and requirements vary by amenity. Residents are responsible for their guests and should review current CDD policies before visiting.
- Closures & Schedule Changes - Weather, maintenance, special events and other circumstances may affect normal operating hours or temporarily close a facility.
- Rules & Reservations - Facility rules, rental information and reservations are managed by the FishHawk Ranch CDD. FishHawk Ranch recreational amenities are operated and maintained by the FishHawk Ranch Community Development District (CDD).
